Job Description :

- HR Head for a reputed Agrochemical Company .

- Must have experience of handling HR functions independently and managing stakeholders including promoters.

- Must have Organization Development and Change Management experience.

- The role will be based out of twin locations of Ahmedabad and Gurgaon; it will also mean extensive travel between the two locations.

Role Expectations :

- Overhaul the overall HR function for the organization and implement new systems and processes.

- Improve/change the Performance Management System in close coordination with the CEO and promoters.

- Work towards organization development & culture framework and percolate the same across levels and manufacturing locations.

- Align culture with strategy and processes.

- Compensation benchmarking and reward and recognition programs

- Develop, recommend and implement HR Policies and Procedures, prepare handbooks, annual re-evaluations, etc.

- Work on talent management with high-potential mapping and career progression

- Evaluate reports, decisions, and results of dept. initiatives in relation to established goals.

- Any other new updates and upgrading latest and innovative HR initiatives.

Requirements and skills :

- Work experience as a Chief HR Officer, VP of HR or similar role

- Experience in strategic planning

- In-depth knowledge of all HR functions

- Excellent leadership abilities

- Communication and problem-solving skills
