Client - Leading company into Infrastructure construction project  Location - Raipur  Roles & Responsibilities:  - Overall responsibility of HR, IR & Admin functions of the company and team management.  - HR Strategy:Formulating strategic plans for the development of human resources in the organisation.  - Talent Acquisition:Identifying manpower requirements through planning and analysis keeping in mind cost of hire & time required to hire.  - Employee Relations/IR:Maintaining cordial industrial relations in the organisation   - Complying with the provisions of various labour laws.  - Representing management in Labour Court & Industrial Tribunals.  - Compensation & Benefits:Designing and implementing remuneration and other reward systems.  - Learning & Development:Implementing training & development initiatives for improved productivity, building capability.  - Administration & Statutory Compliance: Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations like EPF, ESIC, Insurance policies, Gratuity, medical, etc.  Required skills & qualification:  PGDM/MBA (HR/IR/MSW) from reputed institute with 10-15 years of experience in HR/IR preferably from infrastructure, construction, EPC industry with atleast 5 years of experience of working in corporate HR role
