This role would be responsible for supporting the processed food unit by bringing the uniform process and policies in the company across all the manufacturing plants.

Incumbent will develop good employee engagement practices in the system and will drive the initiatives by the Corporate Office/Group CHRO. Incumbent will also be responsible for the overall compliance

Job Description

Activities

Employee Engagement

- Drive employee engagement initiatives and facilitate forums to increase employee touch points, identify people challenges and take the responsibility to drive the change.

- Interaction across all levels and reach out to people to ensure all their issues are taken care of.

- Create an environment of synergy and solitude by addressing key issues of employees

- Guide the existing teams to drive large engagement programs across the units

Business Engagement

- Facilitate the meetings with COO/CHRO to identify the areas of improvement in different locations and propose the appropriate action plan to bring the changes

Compliance

- Ensure and monitor the factory and statutory compliance across all the plants

- Create the entire plant wise MIS report for future reference checks

- Ensure smooth closure of disciplinary cases reported to HR

HR Operations

- Ensure the regular updates to the central HR Operations team in Corporate office on monthly basis

- Regularization of attendance monitoring system across all the plants for full time and contractual employees

Recruitment

- Manpower budgeting for each plant in coordination with the Plant Head, CHRO, COO

- To monitor the recruitments below Assistant Manager Level across the units as per the manpower budgeting

- Support the Corporate Talent Acquisition team and facilitate the hiring at key positions in the plant

L&D

- Coordinate for the annual Training plan across the locations

- Ensure the training delivery across the levels in each plant

- Lay down the system to monitor the performance improvements post the skilled training sessions

- Support the Corporate HR team to drive the Performance Management process

Exit Management

- Exit Interviews for key positions of the plant and preparation of data with key takeaways for process improvement

- Analyse the attrition data and develop strategies to manage and reduce the attrition at specific/overall level

- Ensure the smooth process of information flow to all the necessary departments to give the best exit experience to the employees

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Increase Engagement YOY

- Standardization of processes

- Transparent HR Policies across the plants

- Resolution of Compliance related issues
