Head - Human Resources & Administration - BPO (7-18 yrs)
- Contribute to the vision of the organization by leading HR Strategy and Execution
- Design and execute performance management programmes, recruitment & staffing, Learning and development to ensure a high performance organization
- Develop and Execute engagement programs for a highly engaged and motivated employees.
- Oversee all HR initiatives, Systems, Process, Operations and Day to Day Tactics and Execution.
- Supervise and Lead the work of HR personnel and provide guidance on strategic and execution issues.
- Serve as the service point of contact for employment relations, and deal with grievances and violations involving disciplinary action whenever required
- Monitor adherence to internal policies, compliance, legal and statutory requirements.
- List, Anticipate, Understand and Resolve Risks originating out of People Management and Compliance.
- Leverage People and Process Data and Analytics to extract insights to continuously improve Employee Servicing and Satisfaction.
- Should Lead the Admin and IT functions for the organisation.
- To ensure complete satisfaction of people around all Day to Day Infrastructure ( Office, IT and Anything else affecting People )
