Role Business - HRPA Head (Multiple Plants)
Job Purpose:-
Act as a business partner and manage all HR requirements of the business to drive results and implement strategies in providing solution to Entire Gamut of HR / IR / L&D/ Admin / Performance & Talent for Auto Component Business and achieve Business Efficiency / Results in line with Group policy and Guidelines.
Strategic Objectives Key Responsibilities
Manpower Planning &Budgeting
- Estimate and deliver strategic HR requirements of the business, in line with business goals and strategy.
- Implement HR strategies as per directions of Group Corporate for Business Unit (BU) and establishing business HR objective in line with organizational objectives.
- Drive the implementation of group HR and IR policies and programs.
- Lead digital transformation and automation of HR process.
- Manage policies and programs relevant to employees' entire life cycle, implement models from recruitment to goal setting, performance management, rewards and recognition at business level.
- Liaise with business function heads and business head to draft and implement workforce planning strategy, ensure immediate filling of a vacant position with quality candidate.
- On time Initiative of Performance Management process to complete reward process on time.
-. Drive organizational initiatives w.r.t. Talent Management.
P&A, IR and Employee Relations
- Liaise with local authorities and union representatives at plant sites to ensure smooth operations at the site, provide swift resolution to their concerns and grievances.
- Coordinate and consult with Group CHRO and COE teams to implement HR/IR policies, relay business requirements to them and suggest improvements in existing policies.
- Long Term Negotiations / Settlement in driving Productivity enhancement initiatives.
- Drive Proactive IR to ensure zero IR downtime at plants.
- Ensure Statutory Compliance of all the plants to avoid legal action & Liability.
BU HRPA Head:
- Determine and recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation by working closely with all business level COEs and HRBP's.
- Establish regular feedback process to gauge motivation level of employees.
Learning & Development:-
- Implementing the L&D strategy for the BU in line with Group L&D philosophy.
- Identify training needs of the employees and craft a strategy to meet them, evaluate effectiveness of training programs.
MIS & Reporting:
- Preparing guidelines for BU HR Budget and monitoring the same regularly.
- Conducting periodic reviews for adherence of process and correction of Gaps.
- Monthly Review of the Budget Vs Actual for adherence and correction on Gaps observed.
Candidates profile:
- Education MSW/MBA in Human Resource Management / Personnel & IR Management
Relevant Experience:- 20+ years of experience in Human Resources, a significant amount of which is in Manufacturing organizations (preferred from Sheet Metal Parts Industries)
