Head - Human Resources (13-17 yrs)

Responsibilities

Role would be responsible for employee life-cycle management from hiring to separation and would work closely with the leadership team for manpower planning, employee relations and interaction, grievance handling, employee retention, and above all, driving a high performance culture across the organization.

More specifically, the position involves, but is not limited to, the following duties:

Talent Acquisition:

- Lead the development of efficient and robust candidate screening processes, including an online testing platform for aptitude assessment.

- Create a strong candidate pipeline in a bid to minimize time to hire, while continually improving hiring quality and culture fit.

- Reduce new hire attrition through a systematic engagement and development plan for new hires.

- Optimize costs.

Talent Management & Engagement:

- Develop a strong Performance Management Framework, including through 360 degrees feedback surveys.

- Identify employee issues through people connect programs and other engagement initiatives.

- Liaison with business managers to drive create project plans for Top Talent Engagement and Retention and reducing overall Attrition.


HR Compliance & Automation:

- Develop a good understanding of labor laws and related HR compliance requirements applicable to organization and ensure 100% compliance.

- Identify Processes that can be automated in a cost effective way which reduces the man-hours of the HR team.

HR Analytics & Reporting :

- Identify and support HR and business reporting and data needs

- Design and implement HR dashboards that present data in a meaningful and actionable framework for leadership

- Identify statistical analysis techniques required to deliver insights

- Ensure quality assurance of key human resources data sets, reports
