The Client is a world leader in the manufacture, distribution and service of electronic test tools and software.Since its founding in 1948,it has helped define and grow a unique technology market, providing testing and troubleshooting capabilities that have grown to mission critical status in manufacturing and service industries.
It is a multi-national corporation headquartered in Everett, Washington, USA. Manufacturing centers are located in the USA, the UK, Asia and The Netherlands. Sales and service subsidiaries are located in Europe, North America, South America, Asia and Australia. It Corporation has authorized distributor and manufacturer representative channels in more than 100 countries and employs approximately 2,400.
It has 2 business divisions: Handheld tools and Calibration tools and it is headquartered in Bangalore for India operations.
- We are currently identifying a Head of HR. This position would report to the MD- India with a dotted line reporting to the Global HR Head.
- The incumbent would handle all gamuts of HR for the company with a team supporting him. One of primary responsibilities include integration of the associates who have moved to the company after the acquisition.
- Candidates should have 10+yrs experience of generalist HR or should have handled an HR Business Partner role.
