- Experience in managing complete Employee Life Cycle (Hire to Fire).

- Manage and organize Training & Development calendar for employee's regular technical and soft-skills trainings.

- Complete understanding of processing compensation and benefits along with income tax and other statutory compliances.

- Good Understanding of managing HR operations work independently.

- Understanding of Strategic HR, customization of HR Manual, SOP's & processes for inter and intra department coordination.
