Head - Human Resource - Talent Management & Development - Manufacturing/BFSI/Retail/Telecom - IIM/XLRI/TISS (3-6 yrs)
Key Deliverables :
- Design, develop & ensure execution of Talent Management Strategy aimed at building Organizational Capability & strong leadership pipeline : To derive priorities from Organization Business Strategy & get Board buy-in; proactively identify industry trends and anticipate new/ future capability requirements; assess organization capability gaps and develop solutions; formulate & implement annual Talent Management Initiatives.
- Conceive & formulate Talent Management & OE Budget and ensure monitoring/ controlling of the same : To estimate, devise & propose an Annual Talent Management & OE budget and on an on-going basis monitor & Control the budget
- Analyze, design & propose Organization Structures/ design relevant to execute business strategy : To proactively identify implications of business strategy on structure; to evaluate options and identify best fit structure; to evaluate roles and identify opportunities for enhancing effectiveness
- To identify, plan & ensure execution of Organization Development projects : To design & deliver specific culture enhancement Programs; to conceive, design & champion organization wide Change Initiatives
- To plan & execute industry/ external benchmarking pertaining to Talent Management & OE : To develop & nurture professional networks in order to enable sourcing of information/ best practices; to proactively identify & adapt best-in-class systems/ processes/practices pertaining to Talent Management, Organization capability & culture building
- To constantly analyze, identify & ensure execution of automation of HR Process & practices to enhance information sharing & speedy decision making : To identify opportunities/ gaps in existing processes/ practices and feasibility of plugging them through automation; to conceive, design & ensure execution of system design aligned to the organization design/ practices; to identify continuous improvement opportunities and champion projects pertaining to the same
- Attrition Reduction/ control of Top Talent : To build/ enhance Capability Building & retention in through specific OD initiatives in Talent Management like coaching, mentoring, Talent Acceleration, Rewards/ recognition etc
Qualification & Key skills/ competencies :
- A recognized postgraduate degree in Management (preferably from a premier institute) with specialization in Human Resources.
- At least 3-5 years working experience. Desirable that 2-3 years should be in Human Resources.
- Talent Assessment/ development processes/ systems
- Talent Review and finalization of resultant actions
- HR Systems/ practices automation process flow
- Convening & conducting Talent Management Forums
- Identifying & ensuring execution of OE Initiatives
- Analytical Aptitude - keen analyst, uses this skill to enhance the quality of job delivery.
