The role is with INR 1500 group with multiple businesses in Sugar Mills, Power Plants, Retail and FMCG. Profile: - Provide leadership to the HR functions at the Plant. - Partner with Sites functional heads and act as their HRBP - Ensure effective Industrial Relations is in place to avoid any downtime - Identify, nominate, evaluate Talent at the site to suitable upgradation/leadership programs to facilitate succession planning - Implement and execute all strategic initiatives and Company policies in the true spirit - This position would drive key productivity initiatives at plant. - Be the link between HO and Plant with respect to people initiatives/interventions - Accountable for administration and facility management and external affairs including community work. Specificities: Talent Acquisition / Talent Management / Learning &amp; Development : - To identify, attract, assess and to hire the top talent to efficiently and effectively meet the dynamic business needs. - To be responsible employee career progression and growth. - To improvise and implement an effective employee retention strategy at plant as per group guidelines to retain the best talent. - To help an individual employee to align the personal goals / capabilities with the organizational goals / requirements respectively. - To identify the key competencies for the plant for every job and incorporate those competencies throughout the various HR processes. Compensation &amp; Benefits / HRIS : - To prepare annual Plant HR Budget in accordance with strategic business objectives of the company / Plant in particular ( FTE / Labour Cost) - To prepare monthly payroll and to roll out of salaries on time. - To ensure online PMS processes ( objective setting, Mid Year Review and final Review) are completed periodically and roll out of annual pay rise / promotions on time. - To document &amp; register the employee life cycle processes from induction to separation. - To generate various employee data reports to enable the management to understand, strategize the policies according to the trend / market condition and ensure alignment with global objectives. Industrial &amp; Employee Relations : - Maintain good working relationship with Union &amp; effective engagement with its members. - To ensure 100 % statutory compliances at plant as per the acts in force and to maintain the records / file returns as per the acts. - To represent the company on the Legal issues in close coordination with internal/external legal entities and to manage the entire process till closure. Contract Labour Management : - To ensure the Contractors meet the contractual obligations effectively and to achieve the desired objectives / purpose of their contracts. - Ensuring Contractors productivity and compliance.
