Head - Human Resource - Startup Firm

- Looking for an enthusiastic HR Leader, who will be working in the capacity of the HR Director with 4-6 years of experience for a startup firm based in Gurgaon, candidates should be from premier B schools full time .

- Driving the HR and TA Function in the company

- Define and implement best practices for people operations

- Working with HR team to look at various functions like performance management, appraisals, employee engagement, on boarding, HR processes, legal etc.

- Strategize about people thought process - create an annual roadmap that helps the organization achieve its business goals.

- Work closely with business owners, understand their challenges and empower them to drive their functions with maximum efficiency

- Create a learning & development framework for the company

- Work with the TA team to create best practices in the recruiting function

- Create recruiting strategies that can help us achieve long-term hiring targets

- Create processes that enable the TA team to meet business hiring objectives in a timely manner, while keeping quality in mind

- Mentor, motivate and drive the team

- Be the guardian of company culture - understand the culture and implement methods to reinforce and propagate the culture within the company

- Contribute to strategic discussions of the business To be successful in this role
