Our client is one of largest and fast growing food and drinks player in the travel retail space. The company has grown from a single restaurant to an organisation that encompasses restaurants, bars, caf- s, banquets, corporate food services, outdoor catering, airport catering, lounge management and airline catering
Reporting into the Group Head of HR your responsibilities will include:
- Design, develop and implement plans for Talent Development and engagement, with particular focus on Career development and career progression of the employees
- Work closely with the staffing team and employees to understand their skill sets and potential areas of strength and design + execute out of the box strategies to build talent management
- Create the framework for an efficient training & development module for talent development of -associates
- Handle the learning function end to end and help in building network with larger HR community

- Manage a team of four employees directly reporting into you.
Successful candidate should have:
- 12-15 years of experience in Talent management, Employee Engagement and Learning roles with exposure to and demonstrated competence in other functional areas
- In depth experience of Talent management and Organization development practices. Certifications in Talent Management /OD will be an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills : able to effectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Premier B school back ground with a full time MBA in Human Resources
