Head - Human Resource - Retail (8-16 yrs)
Head of Human Resource function, for a multi-brand, multi-location retail group. The organisation has partnered with some of the most respected names in consumer tech, audio equipment and athleisure - and the list continues to grow.
Reporting to : MD
- Strategy : The ideal HR head would be a thought leader, with an analytical and entrepreneurial mindset who can partner with the MD and Apex team.
- Operations : lead a lean team of HR professionals, who can deliver excellence in all aspects of people function, including TA, C&B, L&D, performance management, employee engagement and growth, regulatory compliances and labour relations.
- Change management : we take pride in the professionalism we practice both internally and externally, and now we want to strive for building a culture of excellence and proactive change management - starting with succession planning for all crucial roles, and leading up to evolving the organisation to be even more successful in the future.
- Development : Enhance current organisational capabilities, including leadership mindset and capacity, and seeding future capacity through proactive talent management, capacity building using the right mix of training & learning.
