Details of the role are as follows :   Position: Head of HR   Location: Gurgaon  Experience: 10 - 16 years after a regular MBA from a good institute (Age around 35 years)  CTC : 25 - 35 Lakhs   The candidate would be responsible for mobilizing the Talent priorities and assisting in the delivery of all key Talent strategies and processes, identifying and delivering new initiatives and assisting the business in formulating Talent strategies.  Major Responsibilities / Duties  - Assist in managing performance and employee relations issues, in line with the Firm's Values, in order to ensure risk minimization to the Firm.  - Provision of advice to Line Managers regarding the management of staff performance, leadership issues, workplace health and safety and general policy  - Project management of key annual Talent processes, Looking after payroll and compliances  - Coordination of regular meetings with Division representatives to measure progress against agreed strategies  - Participating in the development and implementation of high performer recruitment and retention strategies.
