Job Description :

- An HR professional having about 18+years experience in global / reputed Indian companies.

- Strategic mindset and currently handling entire gamut of Human Resources.

- Should have at least 5 years experience of plant/Factory HR/IR operations.

- To head both HR & IR functions at Hosur Plant (Near Bangalore)

- Should be flexible about location, as company has many growth plans for this position

- Must be an MBA / MSW from a good institute

Required Candidate profile :

- A conceptually strong HR Leader, with good institutional background of education and an all-round HR experience of min. 18 years plus,

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong personality, well-versed with both factory HR & IR issues

- Must have strong potential for growth within the company
