Key duties/responsibilities as Head HR


Experience In Handling 360 Degree HR Generalist Role, HR Business Partner And HR Operations :


Handling Employee Lifecycle: From Entry to Exit Process of the employee.

A. INDUCTION PROGRAMS:

- Conducting joining Formalities for all new Joinees i.e. assisting in filling joining forms.

- Issuing appointment letters to the employees

- Defining roles & responsibilities of new joinees and setting their KRAs

- Coordinating with bank and the employees for opening salary accounts

- Conducting Induction for new joinees: Making the candidate aware of company's policies, culture. Giving employees complete introduction of the organization.

- Coordinating with reporting Manager or departmental head to arrange second session of Induction i.e. defining roles and responsibilities of the new joinee and setting their KRAs.

B. EMPLOYEE ATTENDANCE, PAYROLL, SALARIES AND PAY-SLIPS :

- Keeping track of employee's attendance and late coming report on daily basis

- Preparing Payroll Report, employees salaries, bonus & incentive report

- Dispersing Employees Pay-slips

C. EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT AND ANNUAL APPRAISAL:

- Keeping track of employees monthly, quarterly and annual performance

- Awarding the best performers

- Conducting 360 Degree Employee's annual appraisals

D. EMPLOYEE TALENT ENGAGEMENT:

- Planning and executing recreational and other welfare facilities for the employees

- Conducting Rewards and Recognition program and maintaining continuous motivation of the employees

- Organizing town halls and open-door sessions

- Conducting guest lectures - Outside Speakers

- Conducting fun activities at work especially on every Friday / Friday Forums

- Festival Celebration: New Year, Christmas, Diwali, Republic Day, Ganesha Chaturthi etc.

E. EMPLOYEE EXIT PROCESS:

- Conducting employee exit interview or exit formalities.

- Issuing relieving letter, experience letter and F&F settlement.

F. HR POLICY FORMULATION & DOCUMENTATION:

- Creating new policies, processes and templates

- Updating employee database, records

- Issuing notice, warning letters, No call no show letters, Appointment letters, Promotion letters etc.

G. EMPLOYEE RELATIONS, ATTRITION MANAGEMENT AND GRIEVANCE MANAGEMENT:

- To develop healthy relations with the employees, understanding their areas of concerns, challenges that they are facing in their profile and organization culture

- Providing correct resolutions and resolving the issue by continuous follow-ups.

- Administering disciplinary procedures including issuing warning letters & termination

- Constantly updating the employees about their performance and the areas of concerns

- Handling resignation process and conducting exit interviews.

- Study attrition data and identifying triggers and developing action plan.

- Closing the loop of separation by issuing relieving letter and informing payroll for the full and final settlement

- Participated in developing robust HR processes and provides inputs to organize activities that create a positive work environment along with high employee morale

- Coordinating all Mediclaim and life insurance processes

- Addressing Employee grievances

- Conducting Exit Interviews, Maintaining Exit Tracker and Analysis

H. TRAINING AND CAREER PROGRESSION:

- Co-Facilitating behavioral training Programs at the Site Level

- Direct synchronization with Group Training Centre for execution and planning of E-learning programs for employees

- Participate in Training and Development activities determining employee-training needs.

- Analyzing the effectiveness of the Training Program

I. PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT:

- Responsible for Performance Appraisals for all associates and support staff.

- Responsible for Appraisals for AM's and above

- Ensure employees appraisals & development plans are in place for every Associate and liaise with the training managers to ensure appropriate training is delivered in line with them.
