Position: Head - Customer Service&nbsp; Looking after the role of Sales and after sales service. Job Location: Nasik This role is to drive a customer centric culture and customer friendly processes in the company through effective implementation of various initiatives through technology and process which can help organization improvise on business performance through customer delight. Key responsibilities of this position: 1. Ownership of the relationship with the customer to be able to help and support business. 2. Provide exemplary service to the customers helping in case of any support needed. 3. Any customer requirements during the end-to-end lifecycle management. 4. Timely resolution to customers issues and escalations and ensuring a permanent fix. 5. Anticipate customers- needs proactively and interact with various cross-functional teams within the company to serve them. 6. Develops necessary teams/ resources for achieving the business targets and servicing the customer needs and the market to be catered. 7. Designs, implements and monitors systems and procedures for the entire process handling of the Customer Service. Co-ordinates with Sales, Marketing, Finance &amp; Commercial on all issues regarding the business. 8. Develop Service network to improve after sales service and customer service level. 9. To develop the customer complaint management system to reduce customer complaints and to take customer experience to world class standards. 10. To measure and improve - Customer Satisfaction Index. Required Candidate's Skills Set: - Candidate with about 10- 15 years of experience leading customer support teams. - Have been in same profile or heading as Head Commercial. - Heading the Customer Service dept for atleast 4 years and manging the team of 3-8 people. - Good communication. - Good Relationship skills for managing customer experience. - Background of Techno Commercial/ Engineering / Mechanical preferred having product based company exposure. - Relationship skills with all levels and functions within the customers organization.
