Reporting into the Promoter of the company your roles & responsibilities as a Head HR will include the below :

- Managing all end to end aspects of HR from hire to retire for approx. 700 Employees

- Working on employee engagement & retention interventions with the corporate teams

- Acting as a business partner to not only the India Sales Team but also the Global Sales Teams

- Working closely with business leaders in India and Global markets to increase productivity and performance of the sales teams

- This role will also have the Plant rolling up into him / her and hence some knowledge / experience in IR is a good to have

The Successful Candidate :

- You must come with 12- 15 years experience in HR from Pharma companies only with a heavy focus on Business Partnering along with some experience of IR. Plant Admin will also report up into this person.
