Head Human Resources for an NGO
Purpose:
- Building organisational capacity, in terms of increasing individual capabilities and organisational scalability, for today and tomorrow
- Fostering an environment where competent and committed people come in, learn, deliver and grow
- Building performance culture across the organisation
- Building employer branding
Reporting to : Chief Executive Officer
Staff Reporting : Regional HR Managers / Corporate HR Team
Responsibilities :
- Building organizational capacity, in terms of increasing individual capabilities and organizational scalability, for today and tomorrow
- Building performance culture across the organization
- Design and implement performance management system which covers the performance planning, review, feedback and rewards & recognition is linked to organizational objectives
- Weekly / monthly review as per SOP, identifying developmental needs and provided for
- Conduct and consolidate Half yearly / Annual appraisals
Building Employer Branding :
- Internal communication to cement and strengthen our brand value
- Efficient management of employee exits and staying engaged with our alumni
