Role: Head HR (15-20 Years) Location: Bengaluru Purpose: - Evolving HR strategy of the business in line with overall business plans - Attracting, engaging, developing and retaining E&amp;M in line with business requirements. - Establishing succession plan for critical roles - Meeting legal and statutory requirements Role Description : - Develop long term plans and a roadmap for HR in line with business plans - Benchmark E&amp;M productivity - both direct and indirect areas - Develop department wise organisation structures and manpower plans for E&amp;M in line with the benchmarks - Train and handhold line managers on people management - Benchmark rewards/compensation practices &amp; implement approved practice - Recruit and deploy required manpower in line with the manpower plan - Establish competency framework for the business - Develop competencies of E&amp;M in line with the business requirement - Establish a data driven performance management system - Engage employees through open communication channels, timely delivery of benefits and amenities, organising company events and engagement programs - Develop department wise succession plan along with functional heads - Initiate identified actions to develop succession / leadership pipeline - Understand changes / updates to applicable statutes and ensure compliance Managing points: - Achievement of HR LRP, Policy objectives and MP-CP - Sales per employee - VAPCO - Manpower availability against plan - Employee engagement score - Employees with desired competency - Q20 score - Employee retention - TEI participation - Succession cover - Non-conformance - Internal / External Authority : - Develop HR strategies for the business in collabaration with Business - HR and implement the same - To sign correspondence with employees as per approval - To sign agreements with employees, consultants and third parties as per approval - Performance appraisal of Executives - To contact external organisations for productivity and compensation benchmarking - To prepare functional budget and spend as per approved budget - Assess and certify Competency level of team leaders and group leaders Requirements: - Postgraduate diploma / MBA in HR with minimum of 15 years experience, - Experience should be in the manufacturing industry.
