This role is based at Delhi location with a manufacturing company at their Corporate Office. Looking forward to hire someone as Head - HR to manage the functioning of corporate & plant space. Candidates working into Corporate + Plant experience will be the ideal fit.
Following will be the responsibilities of the desired candidate :
- Build a performance culture by driving the effective implementation of the Performance Management system.
- Drive manpower planning to arrive at optimized headcount across departments.
- IR management, uniform grievance handling approach, maintaining harmonious industrial relations through the resolution of employee's grievances.
- Track governance to Employee policy and HR process manuals.
- Manage HR operations including payroll processing, benefits administration, statutory compliance and reporting, employment manuals etc.
- Implementing change management initiatives at various levels.
