Key Priorities / Responsibilities :
- Helping the management define and communicate the vision throughout the organization
- Setting up an efficient performance management system from the vision of the organization, with goals and responsibilities for the management, all functions and employees clearly defined and flowing top down
- Talent Acquisition & Development : Bringing top talent into the organization at a young age and developing them
- Career & succession planning : Creating strong career paths for high potential individuals in the organization, helping them grow and develop into leadership roles, creating succession pipeline for all critical roles
- Helping setup strong and clear JDs and SOPs organization wise
- Training & Development : Identifying the critical skills, competencies and knowledge for the organization and setting up a strong training & development framework
- Automation and Digitisation of processes
