They are well-reputed and established within their space and are now looking to hire a Head HR based out of Mumbai to support the growth plans of the organisation. Job Description : Reporting to the MD your roles and responsibilities will include: - Implement sustainable HR policies and practices aligned with organisations vision, mission and values across locations - Advise the Management on statutory compliance, labour laws and lead the settlement negotiations in unionized plants - Manage Industrial Relations as large part of the workforce is blue collared - Lead initiatives around welfare, productivity and safety of the employees and implement training programs aimed at capability and skill building across locations - Ensure all grievances are handled in a timely manner - Liaison with the labour/government authorities whenever necessary to ensure smooth operations of the organisation The Successful Applicant: You come with 15-20 years of experience in HR as a Generalist in B2B manufacturing Industry. You have strong experience in managing blue collared workers. Proficient knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance is a must. Full time management degree in HR with good communication and interpersonal skills.
