Job Requirement : - Experience within the HR domain preferably with a diverse business organization. - Experience in a manufacturing setup before with good exposure to IR and ER. - A good academic track record is mandatory. - Female candidates with excellent communication skills and managing a wide range of employees. - Education : MBA Roles and Responsibilities : - Develop HR strategies and work with the business leaders to create and deliver the HR strategy for the business ensuring that the business objectives are met. - Ensure smooth Industrial Relations in the factory with collaboration with Workers Union and proactive steps to ensure a cordial relationship - Coordinate with the internal and external stakeholders for the smooth execution of HR strategic initiatives - Responsible for HR budget preparation and monitoring - Ensure and implement the proper disciplinary procedure in the Plant for smooth running of the plant, towards achieving Productivity and Quality - Collaborate with the leadership team on the formulation of key strategies by anticipating HR issues and solutions as appropriate. Provide an appropriate critique of strategies to ensure that the best solutions are implemented - Own the delivery of all HR programs - policies, talent, compensation &amp; benefits, learning and recruitment - Focus on leadership development and develop a clear second line as the succession - Lead the implementation &amp; change of robust, consistent and flexible performance management system, linked to the remuneration system - Ensure adherence of the quality standards of the organization - Compliance of statutory regulations
