Job Description :
Reporting to the CEO, your responsibilities will include :
- Develop strategic initiatives in the Human Resource space to meet the business objectives
- Ensure smooth functioning of HR services across the business
- Analyse data using HR metrics to ensure manpower productivity and cost reduction
- Liaison with stakeholders to address business issues and adopt innovative HR solutions
- Develop corporate plans in matters such as Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Training and development etc.
- Take initiatives towards HR transformation and capability building to drive high performance culture
- Monitor and ensure adherence to policies and legal requirements
- Manage employee relations and labour unions
As a Successful Applicant :
- Come with 12 to 15 years of relevant experience
- Possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Must have experience in the manufacturing sector
- Must possess strong Business Acumen
