Head - Human Resource - Manufacturing (10-20 yrs)

Main Purpose of the Job- is to establish human resource objectives and develop organizational as well as people strategies in line with the organizational objectives and goals across all plants and head office.

HR Processes :

- Proactively lead the development and evolution of corporate human resources policies, procedures, programs, and practices that support the continued transformation of the business needed to become a world-class organization

Performance Management :

Plan, develop, implement and administer the KRA's / KPI's in conjunction with leadership teams to monitor and reviewan employee's work objectives and overall contribution to the organization.

Employee Connect :

- Connect and build professional relationship with existing employees and new hires to create work, fun and energetic atmosphere.

Organization Development & Employee Engagement :

- Plan, develop, implement and administer organizational development- & Employee Engagement- programs across the company to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives

- Drive a performance driven and people development culture to enhance productivity

- Define and develop short, mid and long term plan for career management and implement.

- Establish career management practices, processes, tools and policies.

Culture :

- Partner with the leadership team to understand and expand on the organization culture to provide maximum tangible and intangible benefits to all employees this will include but not limited to the HR policies and corporate culture of the company

- Establish and coordinate equal opportunity programs to achieve effective diversity

Compensation & Benefits :

- Partner with the leadership team to review, design and develop a compensation strategy for the organization.

- Oversee all compensation and related aspects to ensure regulatory compliances and competitive Salary levels.

Recruitment :

- Build a world class recruitment team.

- Motivate and drive recruiters to produce results on a daily basis.

- Partner with the leadership team to create a strategic recruitment and selection plan Recommend and maintain an organization structure and staffing levels that helps to achieve the company's goals and objectives
