About Our Client : MNC setting up in India

Job Description :

Reporting into the Global HR Head you will be responsible to set up the organization in India :

- Prepare the manpower budget for the company

- Prepare the recruitment policy guidelines and ensure compliance at the outlet and corporate level

- Plan, direct, and coordinate Human Resource Management activities of the organisation to maximize the strategic use of human resources

- Ensure a proactive HR function for employee relations, employee compensation, HR policies and regulatory compliance

- Develop/ maintain and update training dossier for all technical and behavioral training

The Successful Applicant :

- As a successful candidate you should have 12-15 years of experience in HR with strong exposure in Organization Design and Effectiveness

- Premier B School Background

- Extensive experience in scaling up businesses

- Good greenfield experience

- Hands on experience in Training and Development

- Excellent people management skills and charismatic personality

- Experience in managing scale and multi site experience
