Purpose of the Role: - To design and deliver all talent and organization development related interventions that support the execution of business strategies and enhance business performance. Role Accountability: - Talent Management - Talent Acquisition - PMS - Internal Leadership - Retention, succession - Training Programs - HR Operations Behavioral Skills: - Ability to execute high-impact learning strategies that enhance people and business performance - Results focused; a consultative leadership style that builds high-performing teams across multi-disciplined projects - Ability to collaborate with HR Business Partners and line leaders - Commercially aware; proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders up to board level, and manage responsibility for budgets - Excellent interpersonal, organisational and influencing skills and ability to facilitate across all levels of business. - Skilled communicator through written reporting and verbal presentation - Problem solving, decision making, negotiation, analytical skills Note: It is 6 Days working.
