Head - Human Resource - Logistics/eCommerce - IIM/XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD

We are currently retained by a client for hiring HR head for their India business. The client is a large global logistics player with an employee force of 10000 people spread across India.

Location: Mumbai

Role:

- Lead HR for the entire India business

- Be responsible for putting in place policies for the company

- Ensuring proper alignment of people policies between India and global

- Lead Talent Acquisition for the business

- Ensuring the company is an employer of choice

- Providing HR subject matter expertise to the business leaders

- Provide strategic direction to the company on all HR initiatives

Must have skills:

- Expertise in leading HR for an MNC for minimum 5 years with atleast 8000 employees

- Total experience of HR for over 12 years post MBA from a good B school

- Solid exposure to all facets of HR

- Excellent stakeholder management skills

- A natural influencer

-Ability to lead change

The role requires travel across Tier 2/3/4 cities pan India for 40% of the time. So please apply if that works for you.
