Head-Corporate HR for our client which is one of the global leaders in logistics industry.

Details of the role :

Designation : Head HR for one of their new verticals

Location : Gurgaon

Qualification : MBA or equivalent preferably from Tier-I Institutes

Key Responsibilities :

1. Should be able to independently manage end to end HR of the organisation.

2. Handling team size of over 300 people.

3. Exposure to Industrial Relations would be preferred but not necessary.

4. Managing strategic corporate HR role.

5. Handled HR integration during Mergers/Acquisitions.

6. Experience of working in manufacturing industry will be preferred.
