- The position will be part of the Executive Management Team and will report to Promoters directly.  - Must have managed bulk hiring, PMS, L&D, Payroll management, Employee Relations activities and all other routine activities of HR department.   The job would require the individual to work closely with Business Leaders in driving various people agenda for the Company.preferably in a domestic BPO industry  - Designing of Performance Management strategy and provide inputs on current employee challenges, industry best practices etc.  - Implement annual PMS (Performance management system) cycle and drive the communication in the phases; goals and objective settings, mid and annual review, Talent Review & Management process   - Should be able to multitask and Must possess strong relationship building and analytical skills.
