Head - Human Resource - IT Services (13-20 yrs)
Our client is a mid-sized IT Services Organization. Seeking a Head of Human Resources for the Organization which has presence in Pune & Indore, in India.
Mandatory criteria:
1. Only Pune/ Indore based candidates
2. Overall 13+ years experience. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in IT Services
3. Should have managed a large employee base (1000+), preferably as a Head HR or in a key leadership role within HR
4. Experience managing end to end HR
Key Responsibilities of the role:
- Head the overall Human Resources function for the organization including, but not limited to HR Operations, Talent acquisition, Learning interventions, Employee Relations/Engagement, Talent Management etc
- Drive the HR Strategy and People plan for the Organization
- Align HR Strategy to Business Goals
- Employee Engagement, Employee Satisfaction Surveys and action plans
- Policy/ Process implementation & governance
Desired Profile :
- 13+ years experience, specifically in the IT Services industry with medium to large organizations.
- Strong domain expertise, especially in areas of Operations, L&D, Statutory compliances, Employee Relations/ Engagement, Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition etc
- Exceptional relationship building & influencing skills and experience in managing senior stakeholders
- Ability to drive strategy to achieve Business goals.
- Experience in managing large teams
- Experience in managing Talent Acquisition for US/ Europe markets will be highly preferred
- Aggressive, go-getter and ability to manage ambiguity.
