Head - Human Resource - IT Product Firm

- The role is responsible and accountable for aligning services & operations for all human resource related activities and outcomes impacting the employee experience and business needs.

- Guides, reviews, interprets and coordinates daily HR operations PAN India HR policies and practices of the organization.

- Provides consultative in the areas of staffing, training/development, compensation, employee relations, compliance, performance management process and benefits.

- Strong focus on HR Strategy to include areas like; Org. Design, Retention, Succession Planning, Workforce Planning, Leadership Development, Change Management

- Connect with a Business leader in an advisory role and able to understand the overall Business plan for the Center to identify gaps in performance of the centre to plan; India market expert drawing from experience

- Demonstrate Strategic Planning acumen with a history of successfully managing human resource activities in project management and implementation skills with an analytical approach
