Head - Human Resource - IT/ITeS (12-17 yrs)
The major areas of responsibility of the role include:
- Attract Talent: is responsible to create employer Branding, Channel development (i.e., LinkedIn) and partnerships with universities for talent.
- Acquire Talent: is responsible for right, timely and quality sourcing and the overall Talent Acquisition Plan for India and is a sparring partner to BU heads for their headcount plans.
- Develop Talent: remains focused on building a Continuous learning organization, Organizational Competence Development plans, Talent & Performance Management, Succession planning & senior leadership development within India.
- Retain Talent: is responsible to provide a safebase for all India employees, maintain high employee engagement, excellent Work culture, inspiring Work Environment, Grievances Management, Counseling, Health & Safety, welfare & wellness for employees. Is a custodian for Good Business in the country.
Compensation and benefits:
- Actively maintains a competitive compensation benchmark in the local market while remaining aligned with corporate compensation rules.
- Managing the compensation policy and ensuring fair and controlled distribution of sensitive information.
- Timely payroll and distribution of Bonuses and emoluments.
- Maintaining upto date HRIS data in relevant tools, audits and accuracy
- Develops and monitors the annual budget of all entities in India.
Organizational Development:
- Would be Leadership assessments, Coaching & Development (top and middle layer)
- Succession planning and Talent assessments for all critical resources
- Ensuring a healthy pipeline & plan for development at all levels
- Employment and compliance with regulatory concerns regarding employees
- Liaise with govt bodies for ensuring legal compliance applicable for employees
- Connect and consult the legal counsel on case to case basis for legal advice.
- Stay updated on all labor laws and employment rules.
- Is constantly vigilant to minimize the risks for the company & employees.
Corporate Social responsibility:
- Contribute to the society at a corporate level & create awareness within the org
- Look for creative ways to connect with a social cause
- HR policies, procedures, tools & practices
- The HRM is responsible for creating, communicating and upholding all people related policies.
- Ensure transparency and alignment with corporate on all policies matters
- Furthermore, the role will also be able to help with :
International Mobility:
- VISA and work permits
- Travel arrangements
Health and Safety:
- Establish the HSE frameworks for India
- Ensure regular trgs, and monitoring of safe behavior
- Facilities
- Upkeep of the office areas, operations and maintenance of the equipment's therein
- House keeping
- Target Employee: size - 500+ employees in Pune
