We are urgently seeking applications for Director HR (India) with 15+ years of experience and a strategic approach in corporate HR (with the IT Industry) to manage India HR from the Delhi NCR location. The position leads the India HR Team in providing HR services and change management to the Indian based businesses and corporate functions. Also, ensure that HR services are provided in a manner consistent with the global and regional HR strategies. Represent HR on the India Leadership Team providing guidance, direction and focus on HR strategies, policies, procedures, practices and compliance with corporate policies &amp; procedures. Key Deliverables&nbsp;: - Implement the organisation's aggressive expansion goals supporting an almost continuous recruiting and training operation that adds multiple business units (CoEs) every year. - Build a world-class onboarding and training operation to accommodate this continuous growth. - Implement organisation's global talent development practices and related processes. - Leading annual HR strategic planning. - Leading Talent Management and OD intervention - Provide strategic support to the business to evaluate organization designs &amp; people processes. - Ensure that the businesses and functions are able to attract, develop, and retain employees. - Advise and coach the ILT regarding a consistent, compliant (Ethics and Compliance) approach to HR for the leadership team. - Lead and drive culture change programs in India - Actively drive alignment and adaptation to the company culture. - Ensure the continuous development of the employees by developing and running training programs according to business and individual development needs. - Responsible for the delivery of personnel administration and payroll service for India. - Work with Regional CoE staff to develop C&amp;B strategy, policies, procedures.
