Candidate Profile :
Experience and Qualifications required :
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or Equivalent Qualification from an institute of repute
- HR professional with active handling of people processes & practices with over 15 years of business experience
- Should have work experience in progressive mid-sized, large Indian software product organization having multi-division and multi-location operations.
- As a person, need to be open-minded and collaborative, have strong interpersonal skills to deal with diverse stakeholders at senior levels sensitively, and with dynamism to initiate new ideas and actions
- Outstanding communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization inside India and outside
- Familiarity with the Indian market and basic legal framework
