Role ; HEAD - HR

Reporting to : CEO

LOCATION : MUMBAI

TEAM SIZE : Handles a team of 6 - 8 HR professionals

COMPANY :

Fast growing Technology company with more than 500 employees and having offices in all major cities in India and internationally in US, Europe, Africa, Asia Pacific.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Person would be working with CEO and Business heads and promoters to drive strategic HR Initiatives

- Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation and benchmarking, benefits, health and safety etc.

- Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, recruiting, training and development etc.

- Set objectives for the HR team and track progress

- Serve as the point of contact for employee relations and provide solutions

- Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards

- Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required

- Anticipate and resolve litigation risks

- Update and review HR policies, procedures and guidelines and enforce organization values.

- Report to senior management by analysing data and using HR metrics

- Devise recruitment strategy and oversee its implementation. Interview senior hires where necessary.

- Discuss employees- career development paths with managers

- Organize learning and development programs

- Control the HR budget and report on current and future staffing costs and initiatives.

Experience and Qualification :

- Candidate must be MBA HR - Full Time from a reputed Institute

- Experience of 15 to 20 years of experience in HR

- Must have exposure to fast growing and professional services organization

- Should have worked for organization with more than 500+ employees

- Preferably done a role at the Corporate HR of a large group / organization

- Willing to Travel to company international locations and support local teams
