Head - Human Resource & Industrial Relations - Green Field Project (12-20 yrs)
The Employer is a well established Indian MNC in multiple businesses.
The person will be required to manage cross-divisional Workforce.
The person will be responsible to manage a Greenfield project with a number of new Factories to constructed on the big location near Navi Mumbai on Mumbai -Pune Belt
He/She will be responsible for IR related matter of Relocation, Land acquisition etc.
The person will be responsible for all HR activities for manpower on the location
Location : Apprx. 40 kms (40 minutes) from Navi Mumbai
Specifications :
Person will have 12 to 20 years work experience
Experience in Green-field or Brown-field project is a MUST
Person MUST know Marathi
