2. Fostering a performance culture that delivers high-quality patient care and excellent patient experience

3. Deliver HR Services including Recruiting, managing industrial relations, employee health/safety, employee learning/ development, and HR/ IR legal/regulatory compliance

4. Employee engagement through the development of HR programmes and execution of team engagement action plan
