A strong HR professional (preferably from the Hospitality sector) to take care of HR and Admin of a 120 crore Hospitality company.
Some key responsibility areas are as follows:
1) Streamline processes and ensure smooth operations for 800 employees, 95% of which are blue collared.
2) Strong and robust HR practises to be implemented to help the 20 year company transition from a owner driven business to an entrepreneurial entity.
3) Work closely with the Owner and the investors to grow the company over 10 times in the next 5 years.
4) Provide strong Learning and Development support
5) Mentor existing team of nearly 6-10 people (HR and Admin put together)
