With a vast network of branch operations across cities, they are now looking to hire a Head HR with a strong exposure to managing large-scale retail operations   Job Description  Reporting to the CEO, your responsibilities will include:   - Creating the entire HR strategy in line with the business vision   - Managing the HR Function and scaling up HR processes to ensure smooth operations across all touchpoints   - Driving and enhancing the Performance Review Process for all employees   - Driving and delivering end to end aspects of the Employee Life Cycle   - Managing and executing the Talent Acquisition processes, Training programs, Compensation & Benefits structure and Employee Engagement   The Successful Applicant  You come with 8-12 years of hands-on experience in managing HR for multiple branches. You have regional exposure and have managed HR operations for a retail set up. You must have an MBA in HR from a Top Tier Business School and have strong stakeholder management skills. You are young, dynamic and have an entrepreneurial bent of mind. You are looking at contributing to the growth of a highly driven and young organization.
