Head - Human Resource - Healthcare/Pharma (12-14 yrs)

Salary offered: 50 LPA

Skills and education required :

- MBA in HR or Masters in Humanities Or equivalent post graduation

- Minimum of 12 years in HR with at least 2-3 being in leadership roles with organizations of similar complexity

- Excellent communication skills

Role and responsibility :

Talent Acquisition (Budgeting to Onboarding)

- Understand business needs and strategy of the organisation to design appropriate talent acquisition strategies.

- Formulate and implement a robust Workforce Planning and Budgeting process to ensure talent acquisition is a well thought and planned process. Monitor hiring against the plans on a periodic basis.

- Ensure efficiencies in the Talent Acquisition processes as well as quality in external talent acquisition. Partners, agencies and institutes for entry level and lateral recruitment.

- Identify, evaluate and design solutions for TA issues that originate from global or regional activities or projects

Employer Branding and University Relations

- Develop and champion implementation of employer branding, campus recruiting and sourcing strategies and key campus recruiting initiatives- ensure that they are in line with company's business strategy, recruiting policies and marketing messages (includes interns and full time fresher hiring)

HR Processes :

- Drive development of an integrated talent management approach through an understanding of skill inventory required to deliver business needs and the development of a HR processes framework for the same.

- Design the India People Review Process (Hi-Po) process and work with the Leadership teams to implement across all the businesses and functions.

- Own and run the end to end Performance Management Process for all colleagues, including communication and trainings

- Create and implement models, tools and events to help create a developmental environment for all colleges

Change Management :

- Be the custodian of change management for the country by translating regional and global strategy and programs for local use under directions from the regional practice lead.

HR OD : Lead the analysis of country/cluster processes in the region and make recommendations to impact value delivered to the business via radical simplification, technology or vendor engagement.

Corporate Compliance :

- Be the local compliance champion for HR - use regional and global guidelines to ensure that all HR compliance cases are dealt with sensitivity and fairness.

- Ensure timely closure of cases and periodic reporting of the same to the Leadership team.
