We are looking for a Head HR for our leading client in the Healthcare Education sector.
Location: Chennai.
Job Description:
- Design, Develop & Implement HR strategies Systems, Policies, Processes & HR Best Practices in Line with the objectives.
- Provide HR Leadership to hire, train & retain the right candidates.
- Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change.
- Build a Leadership pipeline at all levels to ensure seamless, sustainable & rapid growth.
- Create a Collaborative and Innovative Environment to drive a Culture of Continuous Bar Raising.
- Design an Objective PMS, which is easy to implement & inspires employees to perform better.
- Design a Salary Structure for the Company.
- Ensure statutory compliance.
- Maintain a succession plan for all businesses, functions, and management.
- Design, Develop and Implement an HR MIS to assist decision makers to achieve business goals.
