- Team Members: 55-60
Responsibilities:
- To set up an HR function and align the policies & initiatives to match the growing organization
- Formulate and implement policies and communicate effectively across levels
- Design and implement robust HR processes in line with the business goals
- Take culture transformation initiatives to reduce the chaos on the people side.
Prefer Candidate:
- Total HR experience of 15+ years
- Should have experience of leading HR or being a senior HR team member
- MBA/ Post Graduation in Human Resources
- Experience of setting up systems and processes
- Experience in greenfield projects and scaling up organizations will be preferred
- Experience in change management
