Head - Human Resource - Healthcare (10-12 yrs)
About the company :
Looking for a HR lead to oversee the HR function of a well-established healthcare company.
Responsibilities :
He/she will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Specifically :
- Develop a thorough understanding of the business and its performance drivers in order to develop and deliver effective HR programs and practices
- Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.
- Direct the strategic framework for training and development, performance evaluation, staffing, induction, talent planning, employee relations etc.
- Lead and drive organizational & engagement diagnosis through structured initiatives like surveys, individual employee conversations etc.
- Serve as the point of contact for employment relations
- Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards
- Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required
Qualifications/Requirements :
- 10-12 years- of experience in HR from a Healthcare background with experience in dealing with doctors as well as ground level staff
- PG/MBA - HR from a reputable institute
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Be updated on HR best practices in the industry
