Relevant Experience :
1. Experience in planning, executing and managing a large organization - So preferably with manufacturing or a large selling organization experience
2. Full-time masters or MBA in HR from a technical capability standpoint - subject matter expert who can visualize, design and have it executed
3. Should have experience in setting HR direction in line with business objectives which basically means needed HR head in a small/medium company or a senior HRBP for a BU/business vertical in a mid to large size company.
4. Experience in digitization of HR and associated processes, project management etc. as this was a key requirement.
Responsibilities :
1. Ensuring that the Organization manpower & strategic planning is done in order to retain the top talent & have a recruitment plan behind attrition
2. Envisioning a Capability masterplan in order to identify opportunity & develop leadership capability across levels.
3. Employee Relations & proactive engagement strategy including culture action plan, R&R and strategy cascading
4. Defining clear standards on Low - Performance & Low-Performance Management for the Organization.
