Head - Human Resource - FMCG Retail Firm (15-25 yrs)

Client:

Our client is one of the leading Indian FMCG, manufacturing cum retail organization and is a well known brand in the market with a strong repute and credibility. They have an employee base of over 1000 employees distributed between corporate office and manufacturing sites. They are looking to expand their current portfolio and to support this growth,they are looking for a dynamic HR head based out of their Mumbai office.

Job Requirement:-

Reporting to the MD and managing an overall HR team of 10 +, you will be responsible for:-

- Strengthening the partnership relation with business units, developing high service level HR support

- Ensuring compliance with corporate recruitment policies & procedures, proper corporate branding and transmission of the Company Vision & Mission

- Driving the overall HR performance of the organization and putting in place best practices

- Implementing Corporate Remuneration processes, such as the Annual Salary Review and the Performance Bonus process for the country as applicable

- Coordinating the Learning & Development activity in partnership with the line management to respond to business requirements

- Strengthening the understanding and utilization of the Performance Management system

- Implementing HR procedures and processes in accordance to Group guidelines, local legislation (and unions requirements if applicable)

Ideal Candidate:-

You ideally have 15+ years of experience with an Indian conglomerate in FMCG/ manufacturing /retail /services space and have an excellent track record of success in driving HR practices. You have aspired to or created " best places to work for" successfully and come with a strong HR generalist experience.
