Experience : 12+ years to 20 years

Location : Delhi

Qualification : MBA / PGDM

- Define & Drive Strategic HR initiatives

- Devising financial operational strategies of human resources by measuring, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances.

- Develop people strategies and processes and build strong people process in the organization.

- Responsible for handling Statutory Compliance, Industrial & Employee Relations, Liasioning, Operational Excellence and ERP in the organization.
