- Develop efficient process to improve the quality of candidates
- Design and implement employee recruitment program with intent on hiring the best candidates functional HRMS and internal databases across all departments and locations
- Oversee our payroll and performance evaluation systems

Re-invented and implemented new recruitment, staffing, and workforce development programs to meet advancements in product operations, technology, and management.
- Track key HR metrics like cost per hire and retention rates
- Person will be responsible for HR systems, effective talent management, Drafting of HR Policies.
- Employee framework, Design & Hierarchy for various business units & functions.
- He should be able to introduce Robust, KPI & performance management.
- Person would be responsible for learning & development, competency mapping, succession planning for leadership, employee communication & HR MIS. internal communication projects.
- Measure the effectiveness of our benefits programs and recommend improvements
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives
- Perform background checks- Screened, verified and investigated applicants to ensure our recordkeeping and data processing procedures
Assist with development and changes in company healthcare and insurance benefit programs.
