- Creates manpower plans for the channel and execute in partnership with TA
- Anchors the performance management cycle for the Channels and facilitate the various phases -m goal-setting, on-going feedback, performance coaching, to annual appraisals; conducts any training or hand-holding required to ensure a meaningful performance management process
- Drives initiatives aimed at employee productivity
- Anchors planning & communication around career growth through individual development plans based on performance / potential
- Drives employee engagement for Channels based on in-depth study of relevant drivers of engagement
- Develops /recommends retention strategies for top talent
- Facilitates Channel reward and recognition programs
- Gathers market intelligence to assess / benchmark policies, engagement levels and highlight any areas of improvement to be addressed in coordination with Sales
- Ensure Channel/Function/location level compliances with Company policies and procedures and educate employees on adherence
